Pigeon SofTouchâ„¢ bottles and teats are recognised by their wide neck and offers the most natural feeding - through a bottle. This range is generally recommended when:

  1. Combination breast and bottle feeding
  2. Weaning from breast to bottle
  3. Your baby is reluctant to take a bottle

SofTouchâ„¢ bottles are available in four different materials and a range of sizes, allowing you to choose a bottle that best suits you and your baby.

For use with SofTouchâ„¢ Bottles is the SofTouchâ„¢ Peristaltic PLUS Teat.

This teat is a silicone bottle teat featuring a textured surface for perfect latch on and good tongue position. The wide neck design is similar to breast shape and helps reduce nipple confusion when combination breast and bottle feeding or when weaning from breast to formula.

Each teat features a unique Air Ventilation System (AVSâ„¢) to support constant milk flow and help reduce colic.

Flexible â„¢ Bottles & Teats (slim neck)

Pigeon Flexibleâ„¢ bottles and teats are recognised by their slim neck. This range is more traditional in shape and the best baby bottle to use when:

  1. Baby is not breast fed
  2. Baby is very small &
  3. Baby sometimes fusses at the teat.

Flexibleâ„¢ Bottles

Flexibleâ„¢ bottles are available in five different materials and a range of sizes, allowing you to choose what best suits you and your baby. When selecting a newborn baby bottle use a smaller capacity bottle.

  • PP (polypropylene) – Light-weight plastic. Suitable for low to regular use for babies who are primarily fed with a bottle.
  • CRYSTAL PP (polypropylene) – Clear, light-weight plastic with a streamline shape. Suitable for low to regular use.
  • PPSU (polyphenylsulfone) - Medical grade plastic. Naturally honey toned in colour and suitable for high use. The PPSU bottle offers a higher heat resistance.
  • Glass – The best plastic alternative, offering years of use, with excellent transparency.
