Pigeon Natural Botanical Baby Diaper Cream is a great alternative.I found this cream to be smooth and non irritating on my baby being a natural ingredient cream. I found this worked very well i have used natural ones before and have not seen an improvement with nappy rash but this cream is seen an improvement by the next nappy change.This was a non greasy cream and didn't leave my hands feeling greasy only down side is clear cream so you can't tell where it's been applied but other than that I will be buying this cream in future.

Glides on and moisturises
This diaper cream was very easy to apply, doesn't leave white marks on my baby or his clothes, and moisturises.I normally use a Zinc Oxide cream which is thicker, more difficult to apply, and leaves white marks on my baby's clothes if I'm not careful.I found this Pigeon cream a lot nicer to use, and I did find that it helped moisturise a red rash spot on my baby's bottom which didn't disappear with the zinc oxide cream I was using.I would recommend this to anyone looking for a diaper cream as it definitely does what it says it does.

My baby boy and I are absolutely loving this diaper cream.
