SofTouch™ silicone teats come in six sizes (SS, S, M, L, LL, LLL), each offering different silicone softness and hole size to match your baby's age and sucking strength. The general guideline:

• SS (extra small): Premature and very early newborns (0M+)
• S (small): Newborns, slower flow (0–3M)
• M (medium): Growing babies, medium flow (3–6M)
• L (large): Older babies, faster flow (6–12M)
• LL & LLL (extra large): Toddlers 12+ months, fastest flow

Important tip: Start with the slowest flow teat for newborns and progress only when your baby seems frustrated or takes too long to feed. Switching too early can lead to over-fast flow and gulping. Always observe your baby's cues and growth stage when changing sizes.
