Key Features

The Pigeon StarTouch™ Straw Cup features Sensory Bumps that provide a tactile guide for your baby’s lip rounding and closure at the straw tip, helping them learn proper drinking motions. Its Short Straw design reaches only to your baby’s tongue tip to support tongue elevation and the development of a mature swallow pattern. The EasyDrink Valve ensures spill-free sipping without the need for hard suction or biting, while the Gravity Ball Straw allows your little one to drink comfortably from any angle, even when the cup is tilted or inverted. It’s also compatible with SofTouch™ Nursing Bottles (240ml)—simply use the StarTouch™ Adapter and Straw Set to turn your existing bottle into a straw cup. Plus, it’s made with 20% ISCC-Certified Bio-Based Plastic, reducing reliance on non-renewable virgin plastics and helping create a more baby-friendly world. *Mass balance approach applies to the handle, lid and connector. Adapter and Straw Set for 300/330ml nursing bottles sold separately.

How to Use

Before first use, disassemble the product and clean all components thoroughly, then place them in boiling water for five minutes to ensure proper hygiene. Always wash your hands with soap before cleaning, sterilising or feeding. For safety and hygiene reasons, note that the straw top may become worn from biting, so extra care is needed if your child is teething. Replace the Straw Set if you notice any signs of wear or tear to maintain optimal performance. After each use, wash thoroughly using a sponge brush for the cup and adaptor. You may use Pigeon Cleansing Foam Spray to clean the straw and cup, and the SofTouch™ Straw Brush for Gravity Ball Straw to clean the gravity ball straw. Ensure all parts, including less visible areas, are carefully washed and rinsed to remove any residue or trapped liquid.

What's in the Package

The Pigeon StarTouch™ Straw Cup 250ml (6M+) comes complete with an Adaptor and Lid, Cup, Straw, Straw Connector, and Gravity Ball Straw.

Product Care

Be sure to sterilise the Pigeon StarTouch™ Straw Cup before every use. For boiling sterilisation, place all parts in boiling water for five minutes. For steam sterilisation, you may use a Pigeon Steam Steriliser and follow the directions provided in the user manual. UV sterilisation is also possible, and chemical sterilisation can be used for all parts except the Gravity Ball Straw. Always use sterilisation products made specifically for baby bottles and teats, and follow the manufacturer’s instructions carefully. Note that with chemical sterilisation, the printing on the cup may fade. It is recommended to replace the product when it starts to discolour or turn cloudy. Do not sterilise or heat the Gravity Ball Straw in a microwave oven, and take care when handling parts after boiling as they may be hot. Ensure all grease or oil residue is thoroughly removed before sterilising to prevent permanent staining. Avoid placing hot or carbonated liquids in the cup, as increased air pressure may cause leaks from the straw tip, and hot liquids may result in burns. Always open and close the lid firmly to prevent leakage. For safety and hygiene reasons, replace the Straw Top and Gravity Ball Straw every two months.
