What is the StarTouch Replacement Straw Set?

The StarTouch Replacement Straw Set includes a replacement straw and gravity ball straw — ideal for when your existing straw components need replacing. Please note this set does not include the adapter. To use the Replacement Straw Set, you'll need a StarTouch adapter already attached to either a StarTouch Straw Cup or a compatible SofTouch Nursing Bottle. If you're just getting started with StarTouch, you'll need the StarTouch Adapter and Straw Set instead.

How do I know when to replace the straw?

Replace the straw and gravity ball straw if you notice any cracks, discolouration, or changes in texture. As a general rule, regularly inspect silicone components for wear and replace them at the first sign of damage. Keeping straw components fresh also helps maintain hygiene, particularly as the gravity ball straw is in constant contact with milk or other liquids.

Is the Replacement Straw Set compatible with all StarTouch and SofTouch products?

The Replacement Straw Set is compatible with the StarTouch Straw Cup with Gravity Ball and all Pigeon SofTouch 240ml and 330ml nursing bottles in PP, PPSU, and T-Ester materials when used with the StarTouch adapter. How do I clean the replacement straw and gravity ball straw?

Disassemble the straw components fully before washing. The gravity ball straw's fully sealed, one-piece silicone design helps prevent residue from building up in corners. For a thorough clean of the straw interior, use the Pigeon Straw Brush for Gravity Ball Straw. All parts can be sterilised using steam, microwave, or cold water sterilisation.
