How to use

-Before first use, take the product apart, clean all parts thoroughly, and sterilize them in boiling water for 5 minutes.
-Always wash your hands with soap before cleaning, sterilizing, or feeding.
-For safety and hygiene, the straw top may wear out from biting, especially for teething children. Replace the straw set if you notice any signs of wear or damage.
-After each use, wash the cup and adaptor using a sponge brush.
-You may use Pigeon Cleansing Foam Spray to clean the straw and cup, and SofTouch™ Straw Brush for the Gravity Ball Straw.
-Make sure all parts, including hard-to-see areas, are thoroughly washed and rinsed to remove any liquid residue.

Straw drinking at this stage supports healthy oral motor development, encouraging the tongue elevation and lip closure needed for a mature swallow. It's an ideal next step once your baby is ready to move on from a Pigeon SofTouch Nursing Bottle.

What's included with the StarTouch Straw Cup?

Each StarTouch Straw Cup comes with the cup body, lid, handle, straw, gravity ball straw, and connector — everything your baby needs to get started. The gravity ball straw is a fully sealed, one-piece silicone design, so there are no hidden corners for milk or residue to get trapped. Only 5 parts in total, making assembly and clean-up straightforward.

Can I use the StarTouch Cup with my existing SofTouch Nursing Bottle?

The StarTouch adapter is compatible with all Pigeon SofTouch 240ml and 330ml nursing bottles — PP, PPSU, and T-Ester. This means if you already have a SofTouch Nursing Bottle at home, you can purchase the StarTouch Adapter and Straw Set separately rather than the full cup. Please note the adapter is not compatible with glass nursing bottles.

How do I clean the StarTouch Straw Cup?

Disassemble the cup into its 5 parts before washing. The gravity ball straw's one-piece silicone design helps prevent residue build-up, but we recommend using the Pigeon Straw Brush for Gravity Ball Straw to clean the straw interior thoroughly. All parts can be sterilised using your preferred method — steam, microwave, or cold water sterilisation.
