What is the difference between PPSU, glass and T-Ester baby bottles?
Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) baby bottles are constructed from medical-grade plastic and offer a balance between the impermeability of glass bottles and the lightweight, durable nature of plastic bottles.
- PPSU bottles are also highly resistant, making them ideal for regular high-temperature use.
- Glass bottles can also endure high temperatures without distortion, and do not absorb odours due to their non-porous nature. The transparency of glass bottles allows for enhanced visibility, simplifying the cleaning and sanitisation process.
- T-Ester is an advanced material exclusive to Pigeon, which combines the clarity of glass bottles with high resistance to UV degradation, making the baby bottles UV steriliser-friendly and easy to clean.
