FAQ's about Flexible™ Bottle GLASS 120ml

What is the Pigeon Flexible™ Glass Bottle 120ml and who is it designed for?

The Pigeon Flexible™ Glass Bottle 120ml is a premium feeding bottle made from high-quality, heat-resistant glass, ideal for newborns and young babies. Its smaller 120ml capacity is perfectly suited for early feeds, helping parents avoid waste while still providing a safe, hygienic feeding solution. The bottle is designed to work seamlessly with Pigeon’s Flexible™ peristaltic teats, supporting a natural sucking rhythm similar to breastfeeding.

Why choose a glass baby bottle over plastic?

Glass bottles are valued for being naturally stain- and odour-resistant, easy to clean, and highly durable when handled correctly. The Pigeon Flexible™ Glass Bottle is BPA and BPS-free, does not absorb milk smells, and maintains its clarity over time. Many parents prefer glass for peace of mind, especially when sterilising frequently or using hot liquids, as it remains stable at high temperatures.

Is the Pigeon Flexible™ Glass Bottle safe and easy to sterilise?

Yes. This glass bottle is made from heat-resistant borosilicate glass, making it suitable for boiling, steam, microwave and chemical sterilisation methods. The wide, smooth interior allows for thorough cleaning, helping maintain hygiene between feeds. As with all glass bottles, it’s important to inspect regularly and handle with care to ensure continued safe use.

Can the Flexible™ Glass Bottle support both breastfeeding and bottle feeding?

Absolutely. When paired with Pigeon’s Flexible™ peristaltic teats, the glass bottle is designed to support natural tongue movement and controlled milk flow, helping babies switch more comfortably between breast and bottle. This can be especially helpful for parents combining feeding methods.
