Pigeon Holiday Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promoter
The Promoter is Havenhall Pty Ltd (trading as Pigeon Baby Australia) of 1609 Botany Road, Botany, 2019, NSW, Australia. ABN: 22 003 303 940.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family includes spouse, de‑facto spouse, parent, child, sibling or household member.
4. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on 1 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 August 2026.
5. How to Enter
To receive one (1) entry into the draw, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:

Purchase any Pigeon StarTouch™ product in one transaction from a participating Australian pharmacy or baby store; and

Scan the QR code displayed in‑store; and
-
Complete the online entry form, including full name, email address and any other required details; and

Upload a valid proof of purchase clearly showing the retailer name, purchase date and eligible Pigeon StarTouch™ product(s).
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to clause 6, provided each entry is supported by a separate eligible transaction and proof of purchase.
6. Bonus Entries
Entrants may earn up to three (3) additional bonus entries by completing any of the following actions during the Promotional Period:

Bonus entries are limited to one (1) entry per action per person and must be claimed via the online entry form. Bonus entries are not valid without a qualifying purchase.
7. Proof of Purchase
Entrants must retain their original proof of purchase. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of purchase at any time. Failure to provide a valid proof of purchase upon request may result in an entry being deemed invalid.
8. Free Gift with Purchase – Mesh Beach Bag
Entrants who purchase any two (2) Pigeon StarTouch™ products in one transaction from a participating retailer will receive one (1) free Pigeon beach bag, while stocks last. The free mesh beach bag offer is:
Available in‑store only at participating retailers
Limited to one (1) beach bag per qualifying transaction
Not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash
Subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice
The free mesh beach bag is not part of the major prize draw and does not affect chances of winning.
9. Prize Details
The prize pool consists of:

1 x holiday prize valued at $5,000 AUD, to be used towards travel or accommodation.
Exact prize inclusions, travel providers and redemption conditions will be advised to winners in writing. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
10. Draw Details
The prize draw will take place at Havenhall Pty Ltd (trading as Pigeon Baby Australia) of 1609 Botany Road, Botany, 2019, NSW, Australia on Monday 7th September 2026, 10:00am AEST. The first valid entry drawn will be deemed the winner.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
11. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw. Winners’ first initial, last name and postcode may be published on the Pigeon Baby Australia website and/or social media channels.
12. Prize Redemption
Prize redemption instructions will be provided to the winner. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize, including but not limited to travel insurance, visas, passports, taxes, meals or spending money, are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.
13. Unclaimed Prize
If a prize remains unclaimed after 3 months the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in accordance with relevant State regulations.
14. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age and residency) and to disqualify any individual who breaches these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process.
15. Liability
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including the Australian Consumer Law and other Non-Excludable Guarantees), the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of conducting this promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants consent to the use of their information for these purposes.
16. General
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
