Yes, it's more than okay to wash your baby clothes in a washing machine. Be sure to use a baby-safe cleaning detergent, as this will ensure no nasty ingredients are used with your baby clothes.

How do I remove a stubborn stain?

Pre-wash for small stained areas. Rinse the stained area and apply a small amount of Powder Detergent. Rub gently onto the stain, then wash normally. Soaking for larger soiled areas, old stains and extensive staining. Dissolve 1 scoop of Powder Detergent into 5 litres of warm water. Allow to soak for 2 hours or overnight. Wash normally.

Is it OK to use regular laundry detergent for baby clothes?

A liquid detergent might be preferable to powder formulas. Liquid detergents typically rinse out more completely than powders, which can leave behind flakes that might irritate an infant's skin.

What other cleaning products should you use for babies?
