  1. If your breast pump is faulty, you will need to return to the place of purchase, together with your proof/receipt of purchase. The store should give you a full refund.
  2. If your breast pump is not faulty, but you are not fully satisfied, the pump needs to be returned to Havenhall (at your own cost), together with your proof/receipt of purchase. We will refund you (at our cost) with Pigeon products to the cost price value of your pump.
  3. All claims must have a valid proof of purchase. We apologise that we are unable to process any claims that do not have a valid proof of purchase.
  4. This offer is valid for 12 months, from date of purchase.
